PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical wireless microphone with a small number of parts, of which a grip serving also as a cover of a battery loading chamber does not separate from a base member when the battery loading chamber is opened, and capable of quick battery exchange.SOLUTION: The cylindrical wireless microphone comprises: a base member 2 connected to a microphone body 1 on one end and having a battery loading chamber 3; and a cylindrical grip 6 serving also as a cover for opening/closing the battery loading chamber 3. A male screw 5 is formed behind the battery loading chamber 3 on the base member 2. A first female screw 7 is formed at the front end of the grip 6, and a second female screw 8 is formed at the rear end. The first female screw 7 is screwed onto the male screw 5 to pass over the position of the male screw 5, and the second female screw 8 is screwed onto the male screw 5 to close the battery loading chamber 3 with the grip 6. The male screw 5 and the second female screw 8 are unscrewed, and the male screw 5 and the first female screw 7 interfere with each other. Thus, the separation of the grip 6 from the base member 2 is prevented when the battery loading chamber 3 is opened by the grip 6.
