Abstract

【課題】n−ブテン等のモノオレフィンの接触酸化脱水素反応によりブタジエン等の共役ジエンを製造する方法において、高沸点副生物の発生や蓄積を抑制し、安定的に運転が継続できる工業的に有利な共役ジエンの製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 炭素原子数4以上のモノオレフィンを含む原料ガスと分子状酸素含有ガスを反応器に供給し、触媒の存在下、酸化脱水素反応を行うことにより生成される対応する共役ジエンを含む生成ガスを得た後、該生成ガスを有機溶媒と接触させ、該共役ジエンを含む溶液を得るにあたり、該溶液中の炭素原子数1〜4の有機カルボン酸の濃度が0.45wt%以下であることを特徴とする共役ジエンの製造方法。 【選択図】なし
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conjugated diene such as butadiene by a catalytic oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of a monoolefin such as n-butene, by which the generation and accumulation of high boiling point by-products can be prevented, and a stable operation can be continued to industrially advantageously produce the conjugated diene.SOLUTION: The method for producing the conjugated diene, comprising supplying a raw material gas containing a ≥4C monoolefin and a molecular oxygen-containing gas into a reactor, performing an oxidative dehydrogenation reaction in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a corresponding conjugated diene-containing produced gas, and then bringing the produced gas into contact with an organic solvent to obtain a solution containing the conjugated diene, is characterized in that the concentration of a 1 to 4C organic carboxylic acid in the solution is ≤0.45 wt.%.
